Univa Education provides educational consultancy services including but not limited to: - University admission assistance - Visa application support - Document preparation and review - Educational counseling - Language test preparation guidance - Scholarship information and application support We act as an intermediary between students and educational institutions. We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or scholarship awards.

Students are responsible for: - Providing accurate and complete information in all applications and forms - Ensuring all documents submitted are authentic and valid - Meeting all deadlines set by educational institutions and visa offices - Paying all applicable fees to educational institutions and government bodies - Complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country - Maintaining valid travel documents and insurance as required

- Service fees charged by Univa Education are separate from tuition fees and other charges levied by educational institutions - All fees paid to Univa Education are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing - Students are responsible for all costs associated with visa applications, medical examinations, and other government-mandated requirements - Tuition fees and other charges are payable directly to the educational institutions as per their policies

We are committed to protecting your personal information. By using our services, you consent to: - Collection and processing of your personal data for the purpose of providing educational consultancy services - Sharing your information with educational institutions, visa offices, and other relevant third parties as necessary for your application process - Receiving communications from us regarding your application status and related services We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Univa Education shall not be liable for: - Decisions made by educational institutions, visa offices, or government authorities - Delays or rejections in visa applications or university admissions - Changes in immigration policies, visa regulations, or university admission requirements - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid to us.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee: - The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided - Changes in admission requirements, visa policies, or scholarship availability - The availability of programs or courses at specific institutions Students are advised to verify all information directly with educational institutions and relevant authorities.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Univa Education and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if: - You breach any terms of this agreement - You provide false or misleading information - You fail to make required payments - We determine that we cannot effectively assist you Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
